In-person meeting registration is currently open. All NAEGA members, associate members, and their guests are welcome to attend the NAEGA Annual Meetings.

All meetings will take place at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. Book your hotel room for $339 + tax per night. Parking is an additional $65 + tax per night.
The hotel room block closes on February 18, 2026, or when it becomes full.
Register for the NGFA Meeting
If you plan to attend NGFA’s 130th Annual Convention, it will be held from Sunday, March 22, to Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville. Please note that all attendees must register for the NGFA meeting separately.
