    Arbitration Education

    This video series highlights the role and responsibilities of a NAEGA Contract 2 arbitrator, including how to participate in and manage and efficient and effective arbitration process within the international rules of the American Arbitration Association.

NAEGA URGES ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS IN TESTIMONY BEFORE SECTION 301 COMMITTEE

March 26, 2025 Washington D.C. -- Alejandra Castillo, president and CEO of the North American Export Grain Association (NAEGA) today testified before the Section 301 Committee’s public hearing on the United States Trade Representative’s proposed actions in relation to its investigation of China’s targeting of the maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding sectors for dominance.



December 3, 2025 Washington D.C. -- Alejandra Castillo, president and CEO of the North American Export Grain Association (NAEGA), today testified during the United States Trade Representative's public hearing on the Operation of the Agreement between the United States of America, the United Mexican States, and Canada. NAEGA supported a full 16-year renewal and strongly recommended no changes to the underlying agreement.
