THE ANNUAL MEETING IS FREE FOR NAEGA members, associates, and their guests.
Committees will convene on March 9.
The Annual Meeting and Members Luncheon will follow on March 10
Registration is currently open. All NAEGA members, associate members, and their guests are welcome to attend the NAEGA Annual Meetings on March 9-10, 2025.
Meetings will take place starting at Noon PT in the Costa Del Sol AB. The dress code for the meeting is business casual.

For those of you who will not be able to join us in person, we are streaming our full meeting starting at 12:30 p.m. PT / 2:30 p.m. CT / 3:30 p.m. ET.

Contract Committee Meeting
The Contract Committee Meeting will take place at 9 a.m. PT in Las Palmas 2. The dress code is business casual. For those joining us in person, there will be a dinner on Sunday, March 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the restaurant VUE onsite. Please RSVP to Rebecca Kane using the button.
If you cannot attend in person, we will stream the meeting.
