REVISIONS TO ADDENDUM NO. 1 OF NAEGA 2 FOB CONTRACT; UPDATED GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS AND TERMS OF USE EFFECTIVE AS OF TODAY
The North American Export Grain Association (NAEGA) announces that the revisions to Addendum No. 1 of the NAEGA Contract No. 2 Free On Board (FOB) Export Contract (“NAEGA 2”) are now effective.
Any Addendum No. 1, or contract using Addendum No. 1 terms, negotiated and signed from this date forward is assumed to incorporate the provisions set forth in this revision unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.
The Clause 20 and 21 Guidance Documents which are updated annually by the Board of Directors have been revised to incorporate the revisions to Addendum No. 1.
