Mexico Contract Seminar
June 24 - June 25
The North American Export Grain Association (NAEGA) will host a two-day Contracting and Best Practices Seminar on June 24 - June 25 in Cuidad de Mexico, Mexico. This two-day, in-person event will cover in detail the NAEGA No. 2 Free on Board Model Contract and Addendum 1.
All NAEGA member personnel are welcome, along with export contractors. The schedule is as follows:
Day 1 - Tuesday, June 24th: 1 - 6:30 p.m.
Day 2 – Wednesday, June 25th: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
A hotel block with a discounted room rate of $250 USD per night, including tax, has been negotiated. Deadline to book a hotel room: June 13, 2025.
This event is free of charge.
México un seminario de Contratación y Mejores Prácticas

La Asociación de Exportadores de Granos de América del Norte (NAEGA) organizará un seminario de Contratación y Mejores Prácticas de dos días del 24 al 25 de junio en Ciudad de México, México. Este evento presencial de dos días cubrirá en detalle el Contrato Modelo NAEGA No. 2 Libre a Bordo y el Anexo 1.
Todo el personal miembro de NAEGA es bienvenido, junto con contratistas de exportación. El horario es el siguiente:
Día 1 - Martes, 24 de junio: 1 - 6:30 p.m.
Día 2 - Miércoles, 25 de junio: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Se ha negociado un bloque de habitaciones en el hotel sede con una tarifa descontada por habitación de $250 USD por noche, impuestos incluidos. Fecha límite para reservar una habitación de hotel: 13 de junio de 2025.

Winnipeg Contract Seminar
September 9-10, 2025
The North American Export Grain Association (NAEGA) will host a two-day Contracting and Best Practices Seminar on September 9-10 in Winnipeg, Canada. This two-day, in-person event will provide a detailed overview of the NAEGA No. 2 Free on Board Model Contract and Addendum 1.
All NAEGA member personnel are welcome, along with export contractors. The schedule is as follows:
Day 1 - Tuesday, September 9, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Day 2 – Wednesday, September 10, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
